Our founder Bao Tran has been filing patent applications since 1993, and Tran & Associates originated as a law firm in 2005, founded by Mr. Tran. Before that he was General Counsel for TRG, an investment holding company specializing in the business process outsourcing sector, and was Associate General Counsel for Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN), a global medical device company..
From its inception, the firm specialized in obtaining patents and trademarks for its clients. Always striving for excellence, we have helped numerous companies during their early years in protecting award winning products such as Shutterfly and Invisalign® aligners. Throughout its growth over the years, and into the new millennium, Tran & Associates has retained its roots in helping companies benefit from intellectual property law.
